About Green Valley Village

Green Valley Village is a master planned community in Henderson, Nevada. Its Declaration covers residential lots, condominiums, multi-family parcels, and commercial parcels. The Association's 2019 reserve study counts 2,263 units.

The Association is a Nevada nonprofit corporation, incorporated in January 1989, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners. It operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements (recorded in Clark County on December 30, 1988), its Bylaws, the policies adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116.

The Association maintains the perimeter landscaping, irrigation, block walls, monument signs, and lighting along Green Valley Parkway, Wigwam Parkway, Pecos Road, and Pebble Road.

Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
