Board Meetings
Agendas are mailed to owners and posted here at least 15 days before each meeting. Board meetings are held at the Clubhouse, 2201 Ramsgate Drive, Henderson, unless the agenda states otherwise; the budget ratification meeting has been held by Zoom, with access details on its notice. Executive sessions are closed to owners. Copies of approved minutes are available from management.

Every open meeting includes a homeowner forum. Owners may also submit a request to the Board in writing before a meeting.
